Healthy Cucumber Raita
Ingredients:
1 cup grated cucumber
2 cups fresh curds
1 tsp. cumin powder
3/4 tsp. red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. coriander chopped finely
1/2 tsp. each cumin and mustard seeds
Directions:
Crush the seeds together coarsely with stone or pestle
Beat curds till smooth
Add all ingredients
Mix well and chill for an hour before serving
