Healthy Low Cal Chaat



Ingredients:

3 cups puffed rice
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
1 tbsp. tamarind chutney
1 tsp. green chutney
1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
1/4 cup crushed cornflakes
salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a large deep bowl.
  2. Toss with hand till well blended.
  3. Put in individual serving bowls .
  4. Serve immediately, and do not allow to get soggy.
