Ingredients:
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200 gms.
Spinach (palak) 2 bunches
Onion 1 large
Tomato 2 large
Heavy Whipping Cream ¼ cup
Red chili powder ½ tsp.
Garam masala ½ tsp.
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp.
Oil 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Wash Spinach (Palak) in cold running water.
- Boil Spinach (Palak) Leaves for 8 minutes.
- Separate Spinach (Palak) from warter and grind it in a blender.
- Cut the Paneer into cubes and keep aside.
- Chop onion. Puree the tomatoes.
- Heat oil and pan
- Add the chopped onions. You may add pinch of salt to help onion cook faster.
- When onion changes color to pink, add the Ginger Garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Next add the tomato puree, add chilli powder, and cook till oil leaves the pan.
- Now add the Garam Masala Powder and Spinach (Palak). Mix well.
- Add Paneer, add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Cream and cook till spinach gets thicker.
Serve with Chapati, Naan or Paratha.
