Ingredients:

1 Cup Low Fat Yogurt
1 tsp Cardamom (elaichi) powder
1 tsp saffron strands
2 tbsp low fat milk ( 1% milk)
5 packets of Sugar Substitute ( Equal or sweetnlow)


Method:

  1. Take a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Put it in refrigerator and let it chill for 3 hours.
Serve Chilled.
