Healthy Hakka Mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 cups – mushrooms, cut into halves
4 cloves – Garlic, chopped or puree
1 Medium – green chili, chopped
3 tbsp – soya sauce
1 tsp – corn flour
1 1/4 cup – Spring onion greens, chopped
1/4 tsp – red chili powder
1 tbsp – oil
salt to taste


Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, sauté garlic and green chili for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and sauté for 4 minutes. Add salt.
  3. Take 2 tbsp of water and add corn flour in it. Add this mixture to mushrooms.
  4. Add soya sauce and chili powder. Cook for another 1 minute.
  5. Add spring onion greens and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve Hot.
