Healthy Spicy Stir Fried Baby Corn

Ingredients:

200 Grams – Baby Corn, cut in half.
1 green chili, chopped
1 1/2 tsp – ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp – garlic paste
1 tsp – Soya Sauce
2 tsp – Chili Sauce
1 tsp – Cornflour
1/4 cup – Green Pepper (Capsicum)
1 tsp – Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste


Method:


  1. Take 2 1/2 tbsp of water in bowl; add chili sauce, soya sauce, and cornflour. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil, stir corn in pan for 5 minutes.
  3. Add Ginger and Garlic Paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add Green Chili, add cornflour mixture. Mix well.
  5. Add capsicum and salt & pepper to taste.

Serve Hot
