Ingredients:
3 cups -- low fat milk (1%)
1 cup -- Red Apple, Grated
a pinch -- Nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp -- cardamom (elaichi) powder
2 Packets -- Sugar substitute ( Equal or Sweetnlow)
Directions:
- Boil milk and simmer it for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Add grated apple, nutmeg powder, and cardamom powder.
- Simmer for another 6-7 minutes.
- Put off the flame and cool it off.
- Add sugar substitute. Stir and mix it well.
- Put it in refrigerator and cool it for 4-5 hours.
